With Infonas ITFS services customers can contact your business effortlessly over the phone, whilst removing the long-distance barriers and charges. ITFS enhances the end-users experience; a toll-free number is activated and can be locally dialed by any domestic user, free of charge. Our model is simple, the person/business subscribing to the ITFS service is billed for incoming call activity. Infonas ITFS numbers forward incoming calls internationally, and these calls can be delivered in bulk to other countries using PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Networks) or VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) where they can be answered by your Contact Centre or sent to your PBX.
